LJM Compliance Solutions Ltd offer a training course to provide new and existing AEDMs, along with other management staff with the skills and expertise required to run and manage a Vehicle Testing Station effectively.

Within the 3-day course at LJM Compliance Solutions Ltd, the following contents will be covered:

  • Managing the legislative and compliance requirements of a VTS.

  • Dealing with customer service problems and complaints.

  • Developing and supervising staff within a Test Centre.

  • And test Centre quality systems and audits.


What you will achieve

Successful completion of the Level 3 Award in MOT Centre Management will give you a valuable academic qualification that is recognised by the DVSA. This course will have taught you everything that you need to know in order to successfully run and manage an MOT station day to day, as well as having a full understanding of the DVSA legislative and compliance requirements.

Entry requirements

This qualification will be of interest to those wishing to set up a MOT testing Station, or who may already be a MOT Tester and wish to advance their career further.  There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
